Infobar Generator 1.0

Infobar Generator is a very simple application that allows you to create a fake "infobar" (similar to a windows warning bar) at the top of your site that can display HTML. The infobar can be closed, or link to a URL. Because this is very similar to the windows warning bar you get in windows, visitors are inclined to notice this from the moment they visit your site. The program is very simple to use and requires no instillation.
