Controls multiple ports simultaneously, is fully thread safe, includes 16-bit and 32-bit DLL's, works with PB/CC, PB/DLL and PB/WIN. Does not depend on support libraries. PowerBASIC Utilities Toolkit 1.03

The PowerBASIC Utilities Toolkit (PBUTILS) is a suite of applications to help PowerBASIC programmers become more productive. There are over 15 programs in this tool kit that do things like format code, to generating declare files. This suite is incredibly useful for day to day programming tasks.
